The Inspiration

Alma sagrada

Beyond the body and into the “Sacred Soul”

Alma Sagrada means “Sacred Soul,” and it’s more than just a name — it’s a tribute to the women who came before me, especially my grandmother.

She was the first person who showed me what healing looked like: not just in words or remedies, but in her presence, her hands, her care. She carried wisdom in her touch, gentleness in her spirit, and strength in the way she nurtured others. Her love was medicine — quiet, powerful, and deeply sacred.

Alma Sagrada was born from that legacy. From watching her, I learned that healing is a sacred act. That holding space for someone — whether through massage, skincare, or simply being present — is one of the most beautiful things we can offer.

This space is my way of continuing her work. Of honoring the sacred in every soul, and creating a sanctuary where others can come home to themselves — just like she helped me come home to me

Licensed Esthetician and Massage Therapist

I wanted to introduce myself and give a bit of background. I know firsthand what it means to want to truly heal.I struggled with severe acne for many years, and continue to navigate chronic pain, which has deepened my understanding of how our skin and body carry their own stories.

My passion is creating deeply restorative experiences that go beyond the surface. I blend holistic/ lymphatic/ face strengthening skincare and therapeutic bodywork, offering facials and massage designed to not only restore your skin and muscles but also bring peace to your soul.

Let’s create sacred moments together.
